We are seeking an individual to operate the Gretna Arena Canteen for the 2024-2025 ice season. Please note that this is a self-employed position and any profits would go to the successful candidate who will also be responsible for stocking the inventory.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Opening and closing the canteen.

• Preparation and cooking of food.

• Cleaning of canteen and all equipment, shelves, fridges, etc.

• Cash register operations and cash handling.

• Maintain Food Safe practices at all times.

Hours will vary according to the schedule needs.

Successful candidate will be subject to a criminal background check and required to enter into an agreement with the Municipality of Rhineland.
