The Altona & District Heritage Research Centre Inc. (The Archives) collects, preserves and shares the history of our community. Through photographs, documents, newspapers, maps and more, we help preserve our local stories for today and for generations to come.

The Altona Volunteer Fire Brigade gathered in front of the old fire hall on Main Street. These dedicated volunteers played an important role in keeping our community safe.
