L.U.D of Plum Coulee

Plum Coulee's population of 850 is growing through land development. Working with local land owners, Plum Coulee has developed a long range zoning plan that can accommodate new industrial partners, commercial ventures, and private residents.

With many new homes being built on our new Main Avenue development and North development, in addition to the many newly developed lots just north of town, Plum Coulee is a great place to consider relocating to. We offer all the amenities of a larger town, but with the charm of small town life.

If you can't find what you need from our local shops, the City of Winkler and the Town of Altona are just a short drive away. We are proud of Plum Coulee and would like to invite you to come and visit us. This really is a great place to raise your family.
